Appointment Scheduling
We have convenient office hours that allow you to make an appointment that fits easily into your schedule. For your convenience we will remind you and confirm your appointments by e-mail. If you need to reschedule your appointment please call us at least three business days before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee and for your reserved time to be offered to another patient requiring dental care.

Payment Options
Several factors determine the fee for periodontal therapy, including the complexity and advancement of the situation; you will be informed of any fees before treatment is started. Financial options will also be discussed during the initial visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and offer interest-free and low-interest financing options through third parties.

Insurance Carriers
We do not accept dental insurance, but as a courtesy we will submit your insurance forms and will make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and increase your reimbursement.
